Woodworking has always been where craftsmanship and creativity meet for me. After earning my Bachelor of Fine Arts from Montana State University, I pursued a career that combined artistic design with hands-on fabrication. Creating work that is both functional and meaningful.
My professional journey began with a Seattle-based exhibit fabrication company specializing in museum installations. Working alongside talented designers, fabricators, and installers, I helped build exhibits that educate and inspire visitors across the country. My work can be found in institutions including the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, D.C., the College Football Hall of Fame in Atlanta, the Witte Museum in San Antonio, and the Burke Museum in Seattle.
Life eventually brought my wife and me to the Inland Northwest, where we've put down roots and started our family. For the past several years, I've specialized in custom cabinetry and finish carpentry for high-end homes. From kitchens and bathroom vanities to built-in cabinetry, closet systems, staircases, and architectural trim, I've developed a passion for creating pieces that are thoughtfully designed, expertly crafted, and built to be enjoyed for generations.
Starting Pendulum Custom Woodworks is the fulfillment of a lifelong dream. A chance to combine my background in art, fabrication, and fine woodworking into a business centered on quality, integrity, and personal service.
